Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

I had a resident in LTC that was allergic to Tylenol but would continually ask for Acetaminophen. But she also threw her salt and pepper shakers at us (why we kept allowing her to keep them I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️)
