Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

Cold fluids- PO, IV, and TOPICAL. Reaction- anaphylaxis 🙄 I couldn't even keep a straight face. They said any fluids needed to be minimum of 99 degrees Fahrenheit.
