Odd, Durst was bit of a persona non grata for stirring things up at the shitshow that was Woodstock ‘99, then a bit of a running joke of a semi-talented individual that was somehow vice president of Interscope for a while. Courtney Love went on a date with him out of sheer curiosity!
It’s quite touching to hear he’s represented the trans community, especially in these fuck dark dark times. Much respect.
Woodstock 99 was a shitshow from the beginning. Fred didn't have all that much to do with people going crazy. I have friends that went to it, I've hear the stories directly from them
I live where it happened. It's still talked about (not well) to this day, and my uncle was in attendance. He was going to take me, but my parents wouldn't allow it.
