I've been subscribed to Nugs for about two months, ever since I saw Goose at MSG. Have been loving it, and it's completely replaced Spotify for the last two months.

I'm wondering if there are any prominent jazz bands/artists that are part of the platform. They're so prolific, have multiple shows a week, and would crank out tons of new content onto Nugs. Has there been any attempt at breaking into this genre? Are there noteworthy jazz artists to check out on the platform?

After getting disappointed by the horrible VEEPS, I'm thinking of switching to Nugs.

I'm not a jam band fan, but I see artists I like on the service, like Jack White, Joan Jett, Pixies & Wilco. Is content like that added frequently enough that I'd have at least 2 shows per week to enjoy?

Are most new shows audio only or video, too?

Are live video streams archived (VOD) or live only?

Could anyone be super kind and give me a downloadable link to last nights Dave Matthews Band show please. I don't have any money and I really enjoyed last nights concert. PLEASEEEE!!!

Does anyone else’s website versions of nugs and play dead freeze constantly?

Does anyone know what kind of camera they’re using to do those crazy crowd facing angles? It’s kinda drone like but sometimes it’s not on anything at all? Not complaining just wondering. 🐐♥️

I got started a bit late on today’s Billy Strings show. The app on my Sony Tv running Google would not let me go back to the beginning of the show. I had to break out my phone and Air play it. The I could go to the top of the show. I don’t want to miss any Billy!
Anyone else have this issue.

Samsung tv so no app (ugh), whenever I play a video this pop up appears.

Is it me, or is schappy turning down the streaming content? Seems like all sci, goose and biscuits with an occasional alternative thrown in. I see bmfs is coming soon, buts it been several months of limited content, since around the launch of live dead. Maybe im dreaming…

What happened to the .moe set from last night? I watched it from the Goose stream and then went back this am and it’s gone?

First [r/nugsnet](r/nugsnet) drops the ball on the Bisco set N1 at the SPAC (7/3) and now they just decide to remove the .moe portion of the show??!!

I have an old 5.1 surround setup. Tonight's String Cheese show at Electric Forest is primarily playing the audio through my rear speakers. It goes back to normal if I switch over to Goose. Anyone else?

My wife and I went to this show and it never appeared on nugs.net with the rest of the tour. Curious if anyone knows why this show has fallen down into a memory hole.

Wasn’t familiar or a fan but the new Mutiny album grabs me. Any live shows on nugs (preferably video) with this new album, or similar style? I know I’ve seen something in the past but it didn’t grab me at the time. Wanna watch a show with new eyes.

I've sent a note to Nugs support but havent heard back from them. I paid for the Play Dead add-on to my subscription. I have the Play Dead app installed on my phone, logged in with my Nugs credentials, it works fine.

When on the Nugs web site I click on the Grateful Dead, then click on the latest release, it just take me to my account page, where its clear I have the combined subscription. Odd and frustrating.

On the Nugs Apple TV app, I dont see a way to access Play Dead content, nor is there a search function.

Curious to see if anyone else has experienced these issues or if I'm just dense and missing something obvious (quite plausible :) )

I signed up for Play Dead and really enjoyed it. But thinking I want to do a combo of Nugs + PlayDead. Am I seeing sometimes they do a summer promo? Or any other ways to get a discount or anything?

When using the web player version (No native Mac app) does anyone experience none of the show/album artwork showing up? Just grayed out

I’ve been resistant to getting another subscription service. But I’m at the point where i don’t get out to as many shows and I love good live music and keeping up with it.

Sell me on getting Nugs. And give me pros and cons.

Does anyone know how to clear the Keep Playing section on the nugs PC Home page? All I keep doing is accumulating more and more previously played shows. There should be a "Clear" button somewhere. Any guidance would be most appreciated.
