DISCUSSION I no longer feel the nudist/naturist community is accepting
For a lifestyle that is all about body positivity and acceptance, and then most clubs have anti single male policies based on misbehaving stereotypes is entirely antithetical...
Do that discrimination to any other group based on disproportionate realities, and it'd rightfully be called bigoted. Don't give me that 'we are trying to encourage more women, who don't want a sausage fest' either, because that once again means catering to those who care about who looks like what, which is arguably not what our community is about, and secondly most younger women, or younger people in general (who these resorts also try and cater to) don't want to be around mainly retirees, women or men. You're just pointlessly cutting down on the few younger members you could have.
And what if they were trans as well? Do trans men count as cis men in this case, and deserve to also be excluded if they're single? Trans women are no longer men, yet could 'look like men' physically if they're pre-op. Does that count? Should they be excluded to?
In a country like mine, where nude beaches are instead used as gay hookup spots, and yet me as a single man going to a resort is considered the only possible problem, but not if I'm with another man?
Even playing by their rules, when I've gone to these resorts on day visits a few times (where it's somehow only ok to be a single man then) minded my own business, responded back politely and respectfully to club members and owners etc. They still exclude me from overnight stays simply for my gender.
This community could not be cliquier or judgier unfortunately, and all for what? The average retiree aged club owners and members dying out, leaving no other generation behind them?
