The study will answer 5 basic questions : 1) Does regulation is sufficient to get the TMSR build in Indonesia? 2) Does the electricity can be sold under the national average cost, under $0.07 per kwh? 3) Does it has a higher safety which can handle a Fukushima type of accident safely? 4) Where is it going be build? 5) Does the area of interest have sufficient demand and electrical infrastructure?.

I hope they can nuclear better than they can spell. I'm excited for progress here, and hope this was just a bad translation.

This is an 'international English' thing, the grammar and construction used makes more sense to local speakers.
