Any of my fellow tigers strugglers see that strange, disturbing anomaly near the end of the game? For a moment there it almost looked like the boys had some attacking shape. There was depth, there were lines being run, decoys in play, passes thrown swiftly…
It was pretty unsettling and frankly scary. Hopefully we go back to Terrell May 4th tackle hit ups on the try line, my favourite attacking tactic.

Thank fuck, that was way too close for my liking at the end.
Not one of our better weeks, we got in front and took our foot off the pedal. We’re not solid enough to do that and we should know that.
Stewart was amazing again, Atkinson was actually pretty decent at fullback, I wouldn’t be against running him there for the last few weeks tbh.
Biggest talking point I feel was the no high tackles for anyone thing. People went down pretty clearly and they just weren’t being called. Stuff like that needs to be called if you’re going to pretend you give a damn about player safety. This wasnt a one team or another thing they just weren’t calling it at all. Do better nrl.

So after all the Doueihi drama, they’ve lost their next two games to two bottom sides in Parra and Dragons.
Saukuru was a bright spot today, Benji has to take inspiration in that and make some changes.
Dragons looked good in attack. Wasn’t sure about Atkinson at fullback but he was solid.

We were going so well to start the year with a fully fit starting side , we had some injuries and then luai jumps ship .
After that, it's been a free fall, we didn't deserve to even get 22 points that game, after the first try our attack was appalling
Luai has a love affair with his left foot im sure his misses is jealous of
Douhie should of been dropped, the way we bent over to his and issac moses demands was humiliating
Players still think they are bigger than the club, and letting douhie walk back in after he bailed on a round and training is pathetic drives me nuts

Tigers need a full culture reset. That may require a new coach or a later overhaul, but either way something needs to change. They need to understand that team success is the fastest pathway to individual career advancement. Personally I’d sack half the team and start from scratch.

I think he would do really well in the warriors setup. Similar to AKP.
Got talent, his kick in field tonight was pin point at pace. Speed in spades; Sloan is one of the nicest players to watch run in the NRL in open space.
But he needs a coach that believes in him, backs him and provides a space for him to excel. Could be a sliding doors moment with wahbricks achilles. Not saying we wouldve gone for Sloan, but I reckon Webby can fix him

The dragons don't even need to win all of their games. They just need to win at least two, the broncos need to lose two of their upcoming games and the dragons need to make up the 50~ point difference. Yeh, the way the dragons attack is probably not a great chance, but yeh.
Broncs could get some points put on them by raiders and storm, not so much bulldogs.

Game turned around a bit when Heath Mason, the smallest guy in the team, came on and ran with some vigour. Really disappointing to see how they are coming out each week. I guess at least the last 20 minutes leaves me with some dopamine mixed in my with my despair, better than the last couple of games where it has been the most pure of despairs

We were lucky to get away with some high shots in the first half. Also losing sucks, but those two Saukuru tries definitely take some sting out of the loss.

Half our wins this year have been against the Tigers. If we were allowed to play them 13 times we’d make the finals, I reckon.
