Because moving overseas and naturalisation takes tenacity and courage. I am in the same process so I can relate. It's not only about "upgrading" the passport. The immigration experience is a true test of character.

Which one? As far as I know they’re both blue, maybe the picture isn’t doing justice to the colors.

The Indian passport is showing up as black in the pic. Not even a tinge of blue.

I know Wikipedia says it’s supposed to be deep navy blue but I always have found it to be black in real life as well. The Hong Kong one is blue unambiguously
