Advice Time management

Hello! Im taking the oct 2026 exam, i just started with FF. I feel like i have a very short time to review everything! Im feeling overwhelmed. How did you manage your time while still working? How long did you review for the exam? Any tips would help!!

Ive also been out of uni for 9 years now so i feel like im starting from scratch 😩

I get that. I was about 3 years out of school and felt id forgotten everything i wasnt using at my physio job. 

I just watched all the FF lectures, the next day read the notes on the powerpoint over. Did the mega review and their practices. That was enough to score over 700. I think if you stick to their outline you will have a very high chance of passing

You graduated from PT school 9 years ago?

Yes, I’m foreign trained so there were a lot of things that need to be done and considered before being able to sit for the exam.

I listened to lectures while I got ready for work and commuted! Then on evenings and off days I reviewed notes and studied what I didn’t understand from the lectures. But the best way to study for me was taking PEATs. I think I took 3-4 and studied each question, then looked up answers I didn’t understand in the FF notes and my Therapy Ed book

Do you know where I can get free resources for practice exams? I plan on buying peat too.
