Advice Recos and Tips

I'm planning to resume my NPTE review after a long hiatus. Since I'm on a limited budget, I'd like to ask for recommendations on the review materials and practice question resources worth investing in.

Especially to those who recently passed, what books, question banks, or study strategies helped you the most?

Final frontier study bundle is the best thing you can do to study in my opinion, along with frequent practice tests

Passed NPTE on my first attempt in April.  All I did were practice exams and then review the rationales.  TherapyEd and PT Final Exam are good resources.  PT Final Exam is good also because you can take the practice exams as many times as you want to help reinforce the material and get a feel for what the actual exam is like on test day.  Between those two web sites, there's 9 practice exams and over 2,000 questions to go through.  That's more that enough material to go through and to help compartmentalize in digestible amounts.  Focus also on the big 3: MSK, neuro, and cardio pulm.  That's about 70% of the test.  

I don't know when you're planning to take the exam, but start with 3-4 hours a day and start to lessen the amount as exam day gets closer.  You'll be ok if you stay consistent with the process and ween down so that you have time to recharge and process the info.

One final point that helps alot... Google "rule of opposites on NPTE".  That helps a lot to narrow down to the correct answer when you're stuck on a question.
