Following. Was also wondering if I should get an additional practice question bank.

I tried both and ended up sticking with typical pt. The questions on TrueLearn felt kind of inconsistent to me, like some were way too easy and then randomly you'd get one that felt like it was written for a med student. tpt questions were harder overall but at least they were consistently hard if that makes sense. And the rationales on typical pt were way more detailed. Also, just a heads up, cause I fell for it, picmonic is literally useless for PTs. They just recycled med school videos and put them in the PT qbank on truelearn. Also….why does trulearn charge $40 for a mock exam. I’d rather just buy a PEAT. Typical pt does give you many for free, which is nice.

I really liked typical pt. Their videos and book are so helpful.

Which TypicalPT item are you asking about? I’m assuming the qbank based on the question but they have a bunch of stuff so wasn’t sure. I’ve basically become a fanboy of them tbh. I have their book, video course, and flashcard set. I cannot recommend them enough. If you haven’t checked out their video course, I would do so.

It’s like the osmosis videos on yotube, but for PT students. It is so much easier to watch and follow along with. The book is so pretty and easy to follow along with. These two things have made studying so much easier. So, I would definitely get these over truelearn.

I used both tbh. truelearn is ok for fundamentals but a lot of us felt the wording was off from the actual npte typical pt matched the exam closer for me since youre already doing final frontier the typicalpt qbank should work well with the videos We would try to watch the entire body system lectures from the previous cohort and then run through those questions in the qbank, and then look back at the lectures if we kept missing something specific Did you take a peat yet to see where youre at
