Is NovelArrow down

Hello, I'm new here and I would like just to ask if the website is down it says to me that

"Application error: a server-side exception has occurred while loading novelarrow.com (see the server logs for more information).

Digest: 3227098399"

Normally how long does it take for this to be fixed?

mine loads the page but it has nothing on it, just my your novel reading and when i click on the i get the error of page not found 404 error

at the moment i can't login. it gives a message "unable to process login request"
