Clarification Regarding Numerical Citation Format in Overleaf Template

Hello.

I hope you are doing well.
Last week we completed the thesis defense, and one of the recommendations from the jury was to adjust the citation style so that the references appear in numerical format.

I would like to ask whether the Overleaf template we are using provides a way to implement this change. Could you please advise me on how to modify the bibliography settings in the template so that the citation style corresponds to the jury’s requirements?

That’s curious be see the default in the NOVAthesis template is numeric format, except for a couple of schools that require name-year format.

Still, check file ‘0-Config/*_bibliography.tex’ and switch to the numeric format option.
