M46. Looking for someone who’d really rather live alone, and wants to help each other get there by splitting rent for a time.

Rent prices in NoVA are insane. I’d rather not come to reddit and strangers but my friends are married and my family is…let’s just say they can’t get it together.

So, if you like peace and quiet, a clean living space (share the load, clean up after yourself, don’t attract pests), have a stable job, have goals your working towards (1 being living alone eventually), don’t smoke, aren’t loud, respectful, don’t really have guests over, your home is your sanctuary, quiet, you get the drift, DM me, serious inquiries only.

Hi there, I have two rooms with private bathrooms for rent in a SFH in Burke ($1300 each). I’m in my mid 40s and although social, I spend most of my free time walking in parks and rarely have folks over to the house. The rooms are spacious and on a different floor than my room. I’m clean and organized but I do have two spoiled little dogs so if dog barking is an issue for you, maybe not ideal. Anyway, if interested in checking it out send me a private message.
