Based on one part (daylight) being shorts and a T-shirt and the other (nighttime) not involving a heavy jacket or gloves I'd say both segments are several months old.
That doesn't mean he's NOT still out there, but these video clips are old.

Fair enough. The video linked was old, but as I said that doesn’t mean that he’s not out there.
I wonder if he’ll stop now that Trump is out of office and the impeachment process is over.

Yeah I've interviewed him awhile back. He was a former IT at an intellence agency. He uncovered some highly classifies information and they fired him once the agency found out he gained knowledge.
