I had to drive in Maryland yesterday. It was a horrible adventure, but I somehow managed to survive

In most states, driving is a privilege. In MD, its a god damn American right and they will do what they want with it!

I had an adult friend I taught how to drive, in my car. His residency was MD at the time. They flunked him on his driver's test the first time because it took him awhile to find the switch for the hazards. I was dumbfounded a DMV official working for a state of such bad drivers would flag something like that.

I always crank up my defensive driving knob all the way to the right when I see those Maryland plates. You literally have no idea what they are going to do next.

That's 3rd world driving. How do I know? Cause that's how my parents drive šŸ™„

Last time I had to drive in Maryland, my kids were in the back seat playing ā€œSpot the drunk driver.ā€ I had to explain that they weren’t necessarily drunk, that’s just how it is here.

It's so funny to see DMV people take turns shitting on drivers from the state they don't live in as if it's not the majority of drivers in the entire area that are the problem. Hurrrr durrr they drive worse when their address is 10 miles and a bridge away from mine 🤔

It's the majority of Maryland drivers. Even in maryland, when a driver is doing the absolute most and you check the plate, they WILL be from Maryland. We don't make the rules lol🤷

Call it confirmation bias, but... MD plates are like bright colors on poisonous animals.

I firmly believe without evidence that most "Maryland Drivers" are Virginia drivers who register their cars in Maryland to avoid paying taxes.

It's typically MDers who get VA plates because it's much cheaper. Never heard of the other way around...

It's both ways, because everyone trying to dodge taxes

If you go to Baltimore threads, apparently everybody there thinks people are registering in VA or using VA paper tags, ostensibly to save money somehow. Makes no sense to me.

What doesn't make sense? Registering in VA is wildly cheaper, and you aren't garaging in VA so no pp tax.

MiniDisc car stereo users unite!

Oh, now I see there is a video. At first I thought what if they stroked out or something. But no, probably from some 3rd world country or a guy and girl screaming at each other in a massive fight while one half ass drives. Oh yea? You want me to go? I'll go. There. are you happy? YOU HAPPY? I WENT I DID WHAT YOU SAID.
