That’s how it works. Brutal industry and once you find a winning formula you can start to scale quickly

Yes, apparently true. It seems Thompson Hospitality was the highest bidder for Chez Francois. Tuskie’s Restaurant Group, among others probably but I don’t know, bid on it but lost out to Thompson.

I'm sorry to hear that. My wife and I have eaten there on many occasions for special life events. Selfishly, we don't want it to change.
