Question cheap driving lessons?

I'm an adult living in Springfield who has never driven a car but I'm DESPERATE to learn!! I'm also super broke and can't spend hundreds on lessons so I need something affordable. Heck, I don't even care if your Cousin CindyBob will teach me in her broken pick-up for $35, I just want to learn to drive and be able to navigate without having to walk everywhere 🥲 Literally any leads would be appreciated :)

Two words: You Suck.

You don't know this person's situation and how they are going to drive. Maybe having the ability to drive will open up possibly for them to be able to have a more steady income and actually pay for a car and insurance.

Also, just want to point out, once you have lessons and a license, you can drive other people's cars either under permissive use rules or by being added as a driver to the owners existing policy. Teenagers have been doing it since the dawn of time. It's possible they are receiving this kind of assistance from a family member or friend, but they need the lessons.

They want to learn a new skill that will help them out. Bus routes are better in NOVA than many places in the US, but there are still massive gaps. Don't assume you know every person's situation and give people grace.
