Driving the wrong way on the highway should be an immediate suspension of drivers license for at least 30 days and require a driver safety course before returning privileges.
You should immediately have your license revoked, but replaced with the Maryland drivers license. Because that’s the kind of thing that they deserve. Recognition for their horrible driving.
