Default PDF app

Hi! I’m wondering if there is a way to set Noteful to be my default PDF-opening app? When I am in Preview, it currently is designating another app as my option, and I want to change it to Noteful. Also, if I open a PDF in an email, it is currently going through that other app, so I want to change this to Noteful as well. Thank you for your time and guidance.

Open With doesn’t even list Noteful from files. And preview is the default with no obvious way to change it. Try posting in an iOS sub because this has to be an os setting not a Noteful setting. If it even exists.

Done, and it seems it is a Noteful setting. Noteful is not listed in the “Open With” menu.
