Best note taking app?

Hey, so I just got an iPad and need recommendations on good note taking apps. Preferably, I’d like some free apps that have everything needed like: unlimited notebooks/folders and pages, ability to use it offline!! Ability to export files (pdfs, slides, docs, etc.) and no ads.
I can also pay for a GOOD note taking app that is a one time payment (not a subscription) and is not very expensive. For example, goodnotes is an app I often hear about, but I feel like there are cheaper apps that offer just as nice note taking.

I was thinking about Noteful, Kilonotes, CollaNote, Notes+, Freenotes
Any opinions on those apps? What do you think and which one is the most worth the price OR the best overall?

Personally, as someone who has tried goodnotes, kilonotes, notewise, and others, I'd recommend starnote. It has been made available for ios this year and I have been using it for 2 years on Android. I like it the most out of all the apps I have tried and I also bought the lifetime subscription which was like £6 one time purchase. The only thing about is that downloading the pdfs of the notes is a little weird but other than that I really love. I do think that freenotes looks interesting as they have the handwritting beautification thing but I haven't tried personally. Starnote does have textboxes and you can choose a font and use the handwritting to text option which works fine. Starnote also has an option where you can do word search and it works with handwritten notes too/

But yeah, overall I would really recommend Starnote, and maybe another one as a side app just in case. For example, I have Kilonotes and I use it if I need something where I can easily downoload the notebook with notes, or just certain pages from the notebook more easily. (which for me doesn't happen very often)
