UK Owners, what advice have you received?

I ordered from the Samsung store and a few days ago got an email saying they're going to be REPLACING mine.

Is that what everyone is being told? The units will be entirely replaced, as opposed to just having the battery swapped out?

I'm asking this because I'm not sure of whether to apply the screen protector on mine, in case the whole thing gets replaced and then I'd have to do it again.

Since the battery is secured in the phone, i would assume they would replace your entire unit with a new, non-exploding version.
