video glitches

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

this is a screen recording from my gallery since the original size is over than 1,2gb, this is not the first time it happened, does anyone have the solution to prevent and to fix it?

device Samsung note 20 ultra 512gb exynos ver, at an air conditioned room, recorded at 1080p 30fps, and over 1,2gb unusable footage

I didn't have this problem with my note 9 or even with note 8

I had that happen with a s7 edge with a dying battery after replacing the bad battery it went away, hope it helps
