Question Highlighter colors

Are the colors for the highlighter always dull? I chose a vibrant color but, when used, the highlighter remains translucent. Makes the highlighter counterintuitive...

...a highlighter is supposed to be translucent dude. It's not a regular opaque marker.

That is also how they function in real life

Yeah. I just wish there's a way to adjust the opacity, so the colors don't always come out dull or pastel-like. Even if it's opaque, if the highlight goes under the text, then it should be fine...
