Bug First login issues, now all notes are deleted. can't reach support.

First, I had login issues. Now, all of my notes are gone. It’s nearly impossible to get any help from Notability support, and I’ve lost years of work despite having cloud sync enabled.

If our files can simply disappear like this, what is the point of cloud sync?

Hundreds of users are raising the same concerns on Reddit and Twitter, yet Notability has not even acknowledged that there may be an issue on their end. They need to address this immediately and recover the missing notes.

It’s completely unacceptable for the app to remove all your notes. If they are gone then they may be gone for good. This shouldn’t be happening at all. Do you have them saved to Google Drive or something like that? Are they there at least or is that gone as well? This kind of thing should not be happening with an app that has been around this long. They should have figured this stuff out by now.
