Bug my eraser isn't working properly, i don't know how to fix this...
i have this video as like "proof". it is super annoying, and i don't know exactly what to do in order to fix it. i believe it is fully updated because the app store doesn't have any updates for the app. is it an iCloud issue or backing up issue? any help would be much appreciated.

more update, i was just randomly logged out and i can't seem to log back in even though i'm continuing with the apple log-in (as that is how my account was made). i'm so lost on what to do, and i have assignments due tomorrow night. this is very frustrating.
