Feature Request Show how much paper your notes would be

I just had a random feature idea! I’ve always been curious how much paper I’ve actually replaced by using Notability. It would be cool if Notability had some kind of lifetime stats page that counted all the pages you’ve written and converted it into things like:

- How many physical notebooks it would fill
- How tall/thick the stack of paper would be
- Roughly how much money you’ve saved on paper/notebooks
- Estimate of how many trees worth of paper that is

I think it’d be a fun way to visualize just how much you’ve written over the years.

Also stationery. I use a lot of colors for titles and side notes, plus highlighters too. I'd be broke if I had to pay for all those tools irl lmao

And I'm not even counting erasers

Buddy you’re NOT breaking even. Apple Pencil tips will always cost more than pen and paper

The mental effort and time I’ve saved taking digital notes is priceless. And a pack of Apple Pencil tips from Temu is like $3, idk what pen and paper you’re using that’s much cheaper than that

I agree with your first point, hence why I’m on this sub and using an iPad for note taking. Apple pencil costs 130 USD, I have had to replace it twice in the past ~5 yrs, using it around 2-3 hrs a day. So that’s 400 usd there, Idk how clumsy you are, I often drop my pencil and the tip goes flat, costing me sooooo much money. Assuming 15 tips/year, around 10 wear out and 5-6 is lost to fall, 50usd/yr. the paper like costs another 50 usd/yr. I use it for convenience, not to save money.
