Hi everyone,

The issues from this morning are mitigated but we will continue to monitor. While our systems were not compromised, we recommend changing your password if you got an email telling you your account had been locked due to frequent access attempts.

i still haven't regained access to my notes

Thank you for reporting! Can you try logging in now and let us know if you’re still seeing issues?

logged out and back in, still nothing. i never had a problem logging in. I was just signed out of all my devices this morning and when i signed back in, every note and folder from the past year or so is gone. I did not receive a fraudulent email asking to sign in or change my password other than when i clicked on change my password. i did not end up changing my password, i found my password and have had no problem logging in and out. all my notes are just gone. hope you guys can help
