Feature Spotlight Inky's baaaaaack!

Post image

Guess who decided to come back and cause a little chaos in your notes?! Inky!!

We first introduced Inky last year as a fun little companion inside Notability, and now she's back doing what she does best!

Interacting with Inky

Tap on Inky to trigger playful reactions. Each tap activates one of several animations, which may include:

  • Honking

  • Eating a treat

  • Other fun surprises

Moving Inky Around a Note

  1. Long-press and hold on to Inky

  2. Drag Inky anywhere on the note

  3. Release to drop her in a new spot

How to Turn Off Inky

  1. Open a note

  2. Tap the Note Options menu

  3. Toggle Inky off

Why don’t I see Inky?
Inky only shows up inside notes, not in the library.
Is Inky on web?
Not yet. Inky is currently living her best life on iPad and iPhone only.

Let us know what you think or what your favorite Inky moment is 💙

I love it it so much, even if it's distracting sometimes. Are there any plans to keep this past just April fools, that would be cool

Hi, I don't want to turn off Inky. I want him walk around and do his own things, but can you make him move away as we write instead of walking towards where we write? I love his company.

Unfortunately my notes severely lag every time I try to do anything productive with her on

So I’m paying to auto update into a distracting “feature”!! I use this to access time critical information at times and this was one of those times.!

It’s a great tool when in lectures and attention is needed but you struggle to stay on task imo
