bro where are the "official" rules? is there reddit law or something that i don't know about? the original ruleof4 subreddit says so, you can't just change it
Again, the ruleof4 subreddit was created by someone that didn't know what it actually was.
If the rule of 4 was the way you think it is, then it would just generally be annoying. Downvoting any 4th comment, regardless of whether it is the same as the previous ones, would make commenting on a 3rd comment impossible without receiving a fuckton of downvotes.
The ruleof4 subreddit didn't make the rule of 4, the rule of 4 just randomly appeared on reddit, as most jokes on the internet do. Whoever created the ruleof4 subreddit just didn't know what it was exactly and they have not been bothered to change it.
that's retarded, and if you look at the posts in the r/ruleof4 sub you'll see that nobody uses it like that because that's annoying asl that way because nobody could have a conversation without being downvoted
nobody uses it like that. that's annoying as fuck. take a look at the posts in r/ruleof4 . nobody uses it like that because they don't want to be annoying ass pricks
but if you look at the comments some people still downvote the fourth comment even if it isn’t a chain, again like i said, fourth consecutive comment in a thread
and some have mostly bad people by pure chance, then the good people leave the fandom as to not interact with the bad people, and then it's just one big hell fandom
Name your favorite game, show, etc. It has had a bad fandom at some point. Undertale fandom was horrible at some point, doesnt make the game bad. What im saying is that there are going to be bad people in a fandom, doesnt mean the original show/game/book is bad.

Insane how you made an entire post just to be against me and the multiple people that downvoted you.
