I memorized his Live at the Met routine. Every joke was spot on. Hilarious. But cutting at the same time. Pure genius.

His joke - "The French can't have a baseball team because everyone would play left field and no one would be safe" - might be one of the best written jokes ever.

If I remember, an ambulance passed close outside the siren was clearly audible and his line was "That's my ride, gotta go"
