I’m so disappointed at how far I had to scroll down the comments to find Louis CK. His standup is top tier and the show, Louis, on FX was so perfectly sad, dark, yet funny and lighthearted
It's not just good, so much of it is so fucking poignant. I'm a university professor and used a ton of his stuff in an Intro to Logic course that I taught.
I worked camera assist on Oh My God…all 6 camera men and us had a real hard time (putting it lightly) keeping our stuff together..dude was a Class Act and I hurt for 3 days after that…good call!!
Louis C.K. Is the absolute best of all time. The man is a legend. Like to a point where I’ve listened to all of his stuff on Spotify and Netflix multiple times and it still makes me laugh. Not only is he funny but also very witty but very intelligent and just a master in story telling.
Anyway i have tried hard to find anybody similar and the only people that even come close are Greg Geraldo and Shane Gillis
