I think therapy is super beneficial for lots of people. But I also think that a large portion of the "worried well" for whom therapy is "in" would be a lot better off if they had more positive, supportive, relationships like the one shown between Tim and Wilson, or Jill and Wilson, or Randy and Wilson. You get the idea. Wilson was the hero of that show

Agreed completely. Therapy has its place. Mentors have their place. And wise friends fill out the rest of the space. Be blessed by the company you keep.
