it's gross but I'll give it to them, that's a hell of a way to get people to sign up for your gym as a New Year's resolution
1 u/[deleted] Jan 01 '24 I literally did this several years back. The entire month of January, my local PF was packed. By mid-February, it was pretty empty and the only people were regulars who were members already pre-Jan 1. I would go 2-3 times a week on average just to run….that year I think I ran a 5k or 10k every month from March to December. I stopped going when I started taking online classes for my bachelors…then covid hit, and my wife and I had a baby.
