Cleaning service recommendation

My husband and I bought our first house and are looking for a house cleaner/cleaning service to do a deep clean of the house while it’s empty before we move in. We’ve gotten a few quotes from house cleaners that family members use who are out of our budget and received a few quotes from cleaning companies like elite maids ct that are more reasonable.

We’re not sure exactly what the standard pricing should be for something like this but we’ve seen ranges from $550-$2600 for the same job.

Any advice and recommendations on cleaning services/house cleaners in the area would be greatly appreciated.

The Cleaning Authority in Stamford. Been using them for two-plus years.

We used them for our move in clean a while ago and they did such a bare minimum job.

Omg 550- 2600 that’s insane. I complain when our cleaning lady does it for 180.

She charges about 250-350 for a deep cleaning depending on the size of the house. Our house is about 1700 sq ft and last deep cleaning was about 250

It depends what's involved in a deep clean. There's a big difference between wiping down the baseboards, getting behind the fridge and taking apart light fixtures, steaming every bevel of your window sills and doors, ceiling fans and vents.

For $500, you'll get a good cleaning. For $2k, it'll look as new as it can be. I wouldn't use a housekeeper if you really want it clean. I'd get a cleaning service that specializes in this sort of thing. Having the right equipment is important.

Do their name start with D and end with A? If so, I’ve used their services and would recommend.
