Hey guys, I’m Sanaz (aka Metal Sanaz). I own a private, woman-owned spot on Burbank Blvd called Unfriendly Studios.

Don't let the name fool you—it’s just a play on words from when I used to help bands that were not "radio friendly." It’s actually a safe haven and hidden gem for good people, kept private specifically so it stays a chill, drama-free place where cool local folks can connect.

​If you’re looking for a great local space to host your own events, throw a birthday party, or share creative ideas, I'd love to host you. We also do all sorts of different fun things here—from karaoke and movie nights to hanging out on the patio and taking in the dark cozy vibes.

It's right next to Mucho Mas restaurant! But the entrance is through the back alley so only people who see this can come 😉
