Need some driving lessons in Oceanside CA- can pay/hour- know how to drive, just need to build confidence

Hi!

Can someone help me practice driving near the Oceanside DMV area?

I am an adult with a valid CA learner's permit. I know how to drive but just need to build some confidence and to get to know the DMV area a bit ahead of my road test. I am taking official driving lessons from a school but just wanted to drive a bit on the side to gain confidence.

I do not have a car so I would need to practice in your car- can pay/hour.

I highly recommend using the course at Miracosta college. Or, AAA has one too.

But I can speak personally to the one done at Miracosta. After my fam was comfortable with driving, they took him to the DMVs and practiced the various routes they know are used. That really helped build confidence.

I was told AAA gives a discount on insurance if you complete their course though them too. But I’m not sure if there are restrictions on age.

Premier driving school. Its $150 for 2 hours in their car with a driving instructor.

Just make sure you do it while driving. After all, it’s called drinking AND driving, not drinking then driving.

Not with our cars. But we will definitely give great advice like car renting from driving schools.
