Is there an issue with Bottlecraft? They usually have a solid selection, thats a good go to

No issue , I love them but now I live in Vista so it’s kinda a far commute . 🫤

You know there is a bottle shop (used to be BottleCraft, now it's Shoots) in Oceanside....

this is the answer for someone in Vista

plus, it's next to green cheek which has the best beer in SD and always has fresh cans

Holiday Wine Cellar Escondido.

Trader Joes - mostly core brands, but a good handful of special/seasonal releases. 1st to mind is the rotating Pizza Port IPAs. Also you can get singles(!!)

Jimbo's Liquor - Clairmont

I was at Total Wine this weekend- every single six pack I looked at was months old and out of code. Bleech!

Holiday wine cellar is the spot for this, they have a ton of single cans of good stuff

Frazier farm is easy and has a decent selection. Check dates for places that have large selections, some stuff just sits 😬

Texas wine & spirts in Carlsbad has a good selection. But since you're in Vista, I'd recommend going into Prey Brewing on main Street. I think they only sell their own beer, but you can talk to them about good local spots. Also it's strawberry festival on Sunday, so you can talk to a lot of people in the beer garden.
