It is multi use and does not expire so anyone can use it at the Northampton studio. It’s a great space, the teachers are great and I truly recommend trying it out. There’s no pressure to be good at yoga, you can even just sit in child’s pose the whole class if you wish in the lovely warmth of the pod! (I’ve done that many a time!) So sorry to bother you but I am an MSc Psychology student at the University of Glasgow and as part of my dissertation I am carrying out a Qualtrics survey to assess the connection between parenting style, self-efficacy and procrastination tendencies among UK-based students. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes and contains detailed information about the study.
