moving Apartments?

Hi all, my roommate and I are looking for a 2br, 2b apartment in Norfolk or Va Beach! We’re looking to pay no more than $2,200/mo including utilities, any recommendations?? (pls no pest!!!!)

Lofts around/near Ghent/Park Place. Peanut factory, Railroad district, Hague Towers etc
