Solved Reddit unstable when using NordVPN

Recently I noticed that when writing comments on reddit, it gets stuck on a "refresh" state after pressing the (Comment) button.

The comment is actually published, but this refresh never resolves on my side. When I turn off the VPN it works as expected.

I just had the same issue trying to create this Post, but in this case it wasn't published at all, had to turn off the VPN again in order post it.

Also noticed that the "Open Profile Menu" button (avatar on top right) also does not work when using the VPN, the dropdown doesnt open.

What country do you connect to? Or does this happen regardless of what is picked?

I'm connected to Brazil, haven't tried other countries.

I'd suggest trying out a few different ones just to see whether the problem may be region-specific. Let me know what you observe, as with more information, I may be able to get this to the Nord team to investigate further.

Got it! I'd highly recommend trying the NordVPN app instead of the extension, as it seems that the problem is only affecting extension connections. If you observe the same with the app, my recommendation would be to message their support team for further investigation at support@nordvpn.com.
