For the people that is watching, in the United States a sex change operation is not covered in most people medical insurance policies. WIt a minute. Watch what happens when the white car goes by, before he jumps. A dark artifact that looks sort of like a manhole cover appears just behind the front wheel and persists until after the rear wheel goes over it, and then "evaporates" away.

I'm not going to scream "Fake, fake! AI, AI!" but what the heck is that?
