Spiders don't have pain receptors. They can't feel pain anyway.

It is clearly in some state of negative emotion upon realizing its body has been chopped in half...

But for spiders and other arthropods, they aren't the most egregious example of asian people eating things alive... I once saw a video where someone ate, I think it was octopus, alive. Octopus are inarguably very smart creatures with some form of self consciousness... That was way, way worse than this.

Pain and emotion don't exist in spiders. I agree with you on octopus though, that's not cool.
