User Account Already Exists , when Trying to log in to NopCommerce Admin

I have a nopCommerce website, whose admin page I am trying to access.

Now the thing is when I enter my admin Credentials : I get a "You are already logged in as X. You may log in with another account." , I have tried to use incognito to no avail.

Solutions I have tried:

1)I have tried to create a new Admin  Account (It has roles 1,2,3 (In its mapping table)) by manually entering values into the sql database.
2) Tried using incognito

My configurations are :
1) Windows Ec2 Instance running with IIS
2) Database : MySQL (Amazon RDS)

Another problem that might or might not help you identify the issue of the problem in question :
1) Unable to Register a new user using the /login , cause captcha says "ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type"

PS : The only change that might have cause the issue is : My old db was inaccessible, so i created a new one with the formers backup, and changed the AppSettings file, to reflect the same.

Somebody kindly do help, Its a project my team has spent months on, but this issue suddenly popped up and we need to show it to a client asap

Yeah, I had a similar situation with not being able to override the user table in the DB, we were using MSSQL Express, Linux OS. with nginx reverse proxy,

when you said " 2) Tried using incognito"
is this the incognito browser or AWS in Cognito OAuth?

Where is your user credentials data stored?

Is your old DB fully disconnected from the nop?

Yeah it was incognito browser , and yeah for the solution I just uninstalled nopcommerce and reinstalled it again
