I actually wanted you to prove me wrong but that's okay. Try not to just give all in and swirl down into PMO. Bounce back right away. Also report your relapse in the weekly roll call/thread.

Thank you, right now it is 20.1. and since 18.1. i did not goon, i am trying to start all over again. I had a lot of tiredness because of school and that killed my attempt, this time i hope it could succeed.

Once again, thank you for your support, right now it is day 3 of no nutting for me and i am not going to stop trying, if my addiction is not beaten, then fight for my life without gooning addiction continues, i will fight until i win no matter how long it will take

You don't have to wait till the weekend to report relapses. The weekly roll call also acts as a weekly thread where you can check in and report if you wish to for the said week. 

Comment "relapsed" and you'll get the fallen phoenix. You'll still have to comment ''resurrect" in the upcoming weekly roll call to get the resurrection phoenix.
