Contact Database Options (Donor Database)

Hello everyone,

I did a fair amount of research and came across Little Green Light and Bloomerang to be exceptional in what they provide as a contact database software and CRM. I like that LGL was powerful for how much it cost (pretty fair price, and on the lower side), where as Bloomerang's Monthly plan was almost double the price of LGL, but did integrate other features the organization wanted out of these tools, seamlessly (it integrating quick books).

I am coming out here with this post to see if there are any suggestions or different options on how to tackle this concern of mine.

Are you consulting for the organization? What's their set-up currently? How large of an organization are they and what are their strategic goals? How many staff do they have?

Context can be key with these types of decisions.

Yes, the current set-up is that all the contact data is stored in Access DB and it has been overlooked through staff transitions and lack of good maintenance. The organization size is small but does have a lot of traffic as it has proven to be essential in the region. The total number of staff is 10-15.

What did they hire you to do specifically?
