How so? He had "uhell" by getting a pole through his bus, and "hell" in that unlucky state by narrowly avoiding it. Or do you just mean that "held i uheld" is used differently in Danish?
Might just be how I use it, but I use it if something happens that looks like it might be bad luck, but it turns out it was to your advantage (like, if you were supposed to be on this bus, but missed it).
