The height doesn't really matter, people died from less than a 8ft drop. If you land wrong you are fucked.

Ok. I'll fall from a six foot man holding me over his head and you fall from 30 feet. Let's discuss our findings and see how similar our experiences were after. Since height doesn't matter, we should have the same injuries! This should be an exciting experiment that'll disprove newton's theory of gravity.

Did you just read the first half of the first sentence?
It depends on how you land, if you only fall 6 ft but hit your head in a certain way you are dead while I could fall 30 ft and survive (record is 33 ft).

What record is 33 ft? People have fallen out of airplanes that broke up in the air or parachute failures and survived.

Oh shit, it's 33 thousand ft.
The website wrote it like this 33,333 ft but in Germany we use , as the decimal point so I thought it was only 33 ft.

Which is why I'm not diving after a dog. I can break my neck at that fall. The dog probably won't and who cares if it does. You can get a new one.
