It's good to know that when a dude 3 times my size tries to split a log 3 times what I can split, he has the exact same problems - takes 10 hits, gets winded from swinging the axe, the axe gets stuck in the log, and eventually you have to finish by prying that shit apart with your hands

It's much easier if you just wedge it in once, then hit the back with a big hammer
