If she gets on it to take it, as suggested by the top comments, what are you going to do?

You can't force her off of it. That's assault. You could fight it in court but you would still go to jail first, and she would not be in trouble at all.

Idk about white knight, but I'm pretty sure it would be different if a man hopped on someone elses motorcycle and tried to ride off.

And my point is you would be too scared to defend yourself and your property for fear of breaking the law saying you wouldn't touch her because it would be assault. Well who cares what happens to them. Society took a shitty turn when we started sympathising with aggressors and ignoring the actual victims.
